This Sunday
We will be continuing in our series “Simply Jesus” Our text this week is John 3:12-22.
From the Word
“Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him. ” (John 3:36, ESV)
Quote of the Week
“We have a God who delights in impossibilities.” ~Billy Sunday
What’s in a Name
After much prayer and consideration the decision has been made to change our name. Over the next few months we will begin to phase in our new name “North Cascades Christian Fellowship”. The decision was based on several factors. 1.) We wanted a name that ties us to our community. 2.) We wanted to bring our child care center and the church under the same name. 3.) We wanted to be able to improve our presence on the web.
There will be more about this in the coming weeks.

Final Thought
In all things, God is good. He holds us in the palm of His hand. There is nothing that can separate us from the love of Christ. So rest in the assurance of Jesus today because no matter what is happening around you, God is still there. In that fact we have great hope!
Have a great weekend… See you in church Sunday.
Glad to be your pastor,
Steve Fish
