From the Word
1 John 4:11 (ESV)
Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.
Quote of the Week
Here, then, is the real problem of our negligence. We fail in our duty to study God’s Word not so much because it is difficult to understand, not so much because it is dull and boring, but because it is work. Our problem is not a lack of intelligence or a lack of passion. Our problem is that we are lazy. ~ R.C. Sproul

Final Thought
Friends, the tragedy in Haiti once again has reminded me of the fragility of life. Tomorrow holds no guarantees. Today is the day of salvation! Engage the culture, engage life… don’t put off until tomorrow what needs to be done today. Please, pray for the Church in Haiti!
Glad to be your pastor,
